We ship all orders from Toronto, Ontario using Canada Post and other trusted shipping partners.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, though processing times may be longer during sales, product launches, or holidays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $120 CAD.
Shipping rates for orders under $120 CAD are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $10 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States/Canada are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. All SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
